Though we will be holding classes this Saturday, we will not be participating in Murph Hero WOD this year. Our staff enjoys the workout and appreciates the causes it supports in normal circumstances, but we are also aware that Murph is a generally challenging workout on the best circumstances. This year has not been the best of circumstances, so, in this unprecedented time, we’ve chosen to hold off on our first Murph. If you’re in the area and looking for somewhere to drop in this weekend, we’d be happy to have you, but we want you to know up front that we won’t be doing Murph.
