Testimonials
“A Hammock Coast CrossFit class is more than a workout—it's a family, a community. You get it all, strength training, aerobic work, plus friends and great memories. It's the best part of my day!”
—Alycia, CrossFit Athlete
“My friend, Sally, and I joined the Senior Fit program 2 months ago and we already feel better! We can get up out of our low beach chairs again, my clothes fit better and I feel taller.”
—Peggy, member of Senior Fit
“I really enjoyed this gym. I did the unlimited one week membership and got more than my moneys worth! Great coaches, excellent programming, and very nice equipment. The best part was the people… the members of HCCF are very welcoming and friendly. I hope to come back again next year when we vacation here.”

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit gets a reputation for being all about the elite athleticism displayed at the CrossFit Games, but it is so much more than that! CrossFit starts with “Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at High Intensity.” Add high quality coaching, engaging classes, and a supportive community, and we’ve found it to be an unparalleled recipe for lifelong success!

World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
